Bintangor 2-sided plywood

Bintangor 2-sided plywood is a type of high-quality plywood made from hardwood core with Bintangor veneer on both sides. It features a smooth, attractive reddish-brown wood grain, offering both durability and aesthetic appeal. This plywood is widely used in furniture making, cabinetry, interior decoration, and construction due to its balance of strength, lightweight, and beautiful finish.

Dimensions Bintangor 2-sided plywood:

– Size: 1220x2440mm, 1830x1220mm, 1830x920mm, etc.

– Thickness: 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 30mm

– Tolerance: +/- 0.5mm

Surface layer characteristics:

– 2 red sides: Bintangor peeled wood has a deep red color

Filler quality Bintangor 2-sided plywood:

– Fill B/C or add fill A as required.

– Wood core: acacia, linden, fat, eucalyptus, etc.

Glue:

– Urea formaldyhe- E2,E1,E0.

Specifications:

– Hot pressing once, no rubbing. for packaging products

– Hot pressing, cold pressing. With core grinding for interior products

– Density 550-600kgs/m3

– Humidity <15%
